Slovenia and Kazakhstan lock horns in this UEFA EURO Qualification round 10 clash at Stadion Stožice in Ljubljana early Tuesday morning Beijing time. This is the last round of play. A big percentage of their total xG was generated in the two games against San Marino, one of the worst national teams in the world! Kazakhstan need to win this game to qualify. This means that they have to take risks. I believe that this will not end well for them. Slovenia can be very deadly if offered a chance for fast counter attacks. 

The hosts' defence and midfield are good but not great. However, their offense - with players like RB Leipzig starlet Benjamin Šeško is very dangerous! RB Leipzig are a top-4 team in the German Bundesliga and even play in the UEFA Champions League. Slovenia has a total of 19 points to their account and have improved their level as the qualification campaign has progressed. They won four games in a row before losing to Denmark away from home a few days ago. Denmark were, of course, every clear favourites in this game – priced around 1.60 to win by the bookies. Slovenia have not been lucky or unlucky in terms of xPTS. Slovenia defeated Kazakhstan 2-1 even away from home in March. They were the much better team in this game recording many more goal attempts )16-5), shots on goal, attacks and dangerous attacks. They also generated much more than the Kazakhs in xG -1.66-0.52. Slovenia's FIFA ranking is 54th which is too low. The visitors are in 98th place which is more or less correct in my expert opinion. Slovenia for the win at odds of around 1.45 is the smart bet here!
