Slovenia had the same points as Denmark but the defeat in the last round against Denmark left them in second place and they could lose second place this round if they lose, this group will have excitement until the end.

Slovenia have only reached the European Championships once since independence from Yugoslavia - at Euro 2000 - and have not qualified for a major tournament in 13 years. This season they are very close to playing in a major international tournament again and to do that they just need to not lose this game. Slovenia has had an interesting qualifying campaign, they have played well and are the second strongest team in the group.

Domen Crnigoj and David Brekalo are out.

Kazakhstan has never participated in a major UEFA competition, this year it is possible but in my opinion it is very complicated because they will play against a much stronger team.

Kazakhstan made the big surprise by beating Finland, coming from two consecutive victories and with a good chance of finishing in second place. The last defeat was in Denmark by 3-1.

Kazakhstan are significantly weakened in midfield by the absences of Besiktas' Bakhtiyar Zaynutdinov and captain Askhat Tagybergen. Bauyrzhan Islamkhan and Mikhail Gabyshev are out too.

There will be a full stadium, a great nation waiting for a historic qualification, Slovenian players are very motivated and confident in winning this game which is said to be the most important in the team's history. The home team is stronger and will dominate the game despite the opponent needing to win. A draw is good for the home team but the coach has already said that he won't play for a draw because that could lead to problems. I can't predict anything other than the home team winning because they are better.
