In England Man City dominated though and qualified with ease - eventually winning the competition. Had RB Leipzig faced even a bit easier opponent I believe they would have had a good chance to do well in the Champions League Playoffs!

According to a well-known and respected German website, Transfermarkt.com, there is a substantial difference between the two clubs. Indeed, the Leipzig squad is valued at close to a whopping 500 million euros! This is more or less correct in my opinion. The visitors’ players, on the other hand, have an estimated market value of about 70 million. This is still too high! I would say that 60 million would be a more realistic number. In their last game Red Star took a narrow 3-2 home win over Javor as gigantic favourites – priced around 1.05 to win by the bookmakers.
