In my opinion Young Boys have really good chances to win today’s game and get qualification into Champions League group stage.

First match in Israel finished with draw 0:0, but it’s never easy to play there and Young Boys had clear game – avoid loss. Now they coming back to home and difference between both teams should be visible on the pitch.

In previous league season Young Boys didn’t lost any game at home – 14 wins in 18 matches with 54 goals scored in the process. Hosts key players from previous season like Fabian Rieder, Jean Nsame or Cedric Itten stayed in club. Offensive formation still looks extremely dangerous – already 10 goals scored in 4 league matches (7 in 2 home games) and at the weekend they scored 5 goals in Cup.

Maccabi have serious problem at the back on the left side – their key left back Cornud is unavailable today. That should have very bad impact on their performance. Maccabi in previous round of qualies lost 0:1 on away against Sheriff, they had also problems against Slovan in both matches, conceded goals twice (in both matches had expected goals conceded number above 1.10). If You look on the bigger picture they don’t have stability at the back: Maccabi conceded at least one goal in 13 of last 16 away matches in all competitions.

Young Boys firepower is big and they should be able to score more than one goal today and that should be enough to make important win front of home crowd.
