Frosinone won the Serie B to make once again the Serie A but this story has been usual by them, they are coming up and pratically get relegated once again and this season they are once again the worst team in the league in my opinion, in terms of talent, they lost a key player from last season and got some new players but none of them really relevant, so for them to survive it will be depended on the collective play and from I'm seeing from their pre-season, they beat easily weak teams but when competition got harder they struggled and in their 1st official games for the Cup they beat at home Pisa by 1:0 in a game what was very even, we can even say Pisa was the better team in that game.

For this game Frosinone is without Lulic and Kalaj.

Napoli finally became Champions of Italy once again and the party was big in Napoli but this season their are some chances, Coach Spaletti moved out and Coach Rudi Garcia came in, overall, I think this can be a good thing because with a new Coach players need to show up once again and Rudi Garcia is a solid Coach. They also lost a key player in Min-Jae Kim to Bayern Munchen but they also got some good one's and the great players from last season they are still their what is kinda surprising to see Osihmen and Kvaratskhelia still in Napoli, but the president will not sell them for cheap and no one is coming with the big millions to them so they will stay there.

For this game Napoli is without Kvaratskhelia.

In the past season when Frosinone has been in the Serie A, Napoli had never problems to beat them at home or on the road and I don't think we will see here any surprise even without Kvaratskhelia, Napoli is just way too superior than this Frosinone team who hasn't make any big investments for the season and also Coach Di Francesco told in the press that they will not just defend here even I'm not sure if I believe him, but either way, Napoli should have no problems to start the season with a win here, most likely by 2:0 or 3:0.
