With 10 games remaining, home side is nine points clear of the relegation zone, but they haven't won in their past five and their recent perfromances are looking very poor. Rochdale have struggled in England's fourth tier since their relegation from League One last season, now lying in 19th place with ten games remaining. After wins over Scunthorpe United and Northampton Town, the Dale lost consecutive games to Carlisle United and Sutton United, before drawing with Barrow and Salford City. For Rochdale, Josh Andrews, Paul Downing, and Max Taylor were all absent from their recent defeat on Saturday, and they are all expected to remain on the sidelines for the foreseeable future. For me, this should be an leveled game where Mansfield's ambition for playoffs should be decisive. We shoulnd't forget that Mansfield Town bolstered their team in the January transfer window with the additions of Akins, Jamie Murphy, and Matty Longstaff, and missing out on the play-offs this season would be a major disappointment. Tonight is a chance to get back on track and keep the pressure on the ones above them.
