Luton Town vs Aston Villa

Like I said before the season started only a miracle could safe Luton from relegation but I must admit they are doing better than I expected because even they are on a relegation spot they are only 4 points behind the safe zone but looking at the teams in front of them it's pratically impossible, I just don't see it happen and after a nice run with good results Luton lately has been losing games after games and it all started with the most important game of the year for them at home against last place Sheffield United they lost 1:3 and than they lost at home against Manchester United and on the road against Liverpool and also are coming of another home loss in the FA Cup by 2:6 against Manchester City, however, those 3 losses against elite teams is normal but now they will receive another great team in Aston Villa, so trouble ahead once again for Luton in my opinion.

For this game Luton is without Lockyer, Nakamba, Adebayo, Brown, Bell, Potts and Andersen.

Aston Villa since Coach Unai Emery has took control of the team they have been one of the best teams in the Premier League and that hasn't changed this season too, they are in that very important 4th place but their lead over Tottenham is only 5 points and also they played one game more than Tottenham, so they can't relaxed and especially against teams like Luton. Aston Villa had a stretch where they were playing bad but in the last two games and wins we are the old Aston Villa version, playing solid football, creating tons of chances and scoring goals at will once again what is great news for them and even on the road they have been a team with a lot of up and down performances they won their last two road games against Sheffield United by 5:0 and Fulham by 2:1 and now they will face one of the weakest teams in the league so their goal must be getting the 3 points here.

For this game Aston Villa is without Kamara, Buendia, Mings, Palacio, Diego, Konsa and Torres.

Besides Aston Villa been the much better team here I also see Luton having problems here because they don't had any rest for this game because of that Manchester City FA Cup game and they don't have a deep squad and are also dealing with injuries so I really doubt that the team will be fresh here and especially in the 2nd half it can really hurt them and besides facing Manchester City they also had to face Liverpool and Manchester United in the past weeks, all three games were very intensive and they had to fight a lot, something will need to give and I believe that Aston Villa will come here and beat Luton by 2:1 or 3:1 even sometimes Aston Villa on the road struggles but they got in shape in the last two weeks again and looked good once again so I will go with them here to win the game.
