In my opinion Manchester United is clear favorite of this game and shouldn’t have too big problems to make 3 points today.

There is huge difference between both teams in terms of quality, potential and ambitions. Sheffield is the worst team in Premier League, no doubt about that and they are the biggest candidate for relegation. Currently they are on last place in league table. United wants to finish in top4, but they started season in very poor style, already 5 points behind 4th Liverpool. United have to win such matches against lower rank opponents without any excuses.

Hard to imagine even small chances for hosts, they have huge list of absences/doubtful players: defender Osborne (3 matches), defender Baldock (3 matches), defender Egan (6 matches), defender Basham (8 matches), defender Lowe (2 matches), central midfielder Davies (6 matches), striker Osula (3 matches), striker Jebbison (5 matches). That should have very bad impact on their performance.

United in current season producing 1.60 expected goals scored per game, they should be able to score more than one goal against depleted Sheffield defensive formation. Striker Hojlund looked good in national team (goal and assist), same as Rashford (goal for England) and Bruno Fernandes (goal and 2 assists for Portugal).

On the other hand Sheffield is completely toothless – in first 8 matches of the season they recorded 2.42 expected goals scored. It's the worst result in Premier League in last 20 years.

Routine win for United, probably to ‘nil’. 0-2/0-3 is my call.
