I see a very good value here on City who is much stronger imo. Arsenal lately isn't good as last season even if they surprised me against Bournemouth. Their missings don't help them.

Arsenal just lost against Lens in CL despite of leading 0-1, tactically they were outplayed by Franck Haise.

City without De Bruyne isn't the same team and we can see that Haaland has more problems per example but with Foden, Alvarez, Doku it's enough offensively in case of a Haaland in a bad form as against Leipzig.

I expect 1-2 or 1-1.
