In my opinion Wolves have really good chances to make at least one point in today’s match up.

Wolves have big mental advantage before this game as they didn’t lost in last 4 consecutive matches against Everton and they won last two matches in a row at Goodison Park.

Both teams without points after first two opening matches of the season, but I see big difference between both teams in terms of quality showed so far. Wolves played against much stronger opponents (Man Utd and Brighton) – they scored one goal, but according to the expected goals scored model they should score 4.48. Wolves looked very solid in first away match against United (1:0) – consistent at the back and dangerous in attack. Their offensive star Cunha is in red hot form, he made already 18 runs into opposition box. Only Foden from Manchester City is better than him in that department.

Everton lost twice and failed to score in both matches. They played against Fulham and Aston Villa. Team looked toothless in attack and I expect similar scenario also today as they will start without 3 key players Iwobi, McNeil and Calvert-Lewin.

Everton is under pressure, but for me looks like coach Dyche have lack of ideas for offense improvement and Wolves have all required tools to avoid loss today.
