In my opinion Philippines in this game have bigger chances than bookies wants to suggest for us in their odds. +1.5 AH on away side looks like great option to play. Simply I don't see huge win for New Zealand.

New Zealand plays at home. From one side it's big advantage, but it's also big pressure, especially in current situation. In opening match New Zealand made huge surprise and won 1:0 against strong Norway. That was their first win after 15 consecutive World Cup matches without a single win since 1991. Now big opportunity to get qualification into knock out stage. Such big pressure is something new for the team and for sure is not easy to handle.

Since Australian coach Alen Stajcic started to work with Philippines, team progressed by 22 places in the ranking (from 68 to 46). Last year they made semis in Asian Cup. In first match they lost 0:2 against strong Switzerland. They could have taken the lead, but goal was disallowed. Switzerland need controversial penalty to score opening goal at the end of the first half. Coach Stajcic said: "You have to block all that out and embrace it. You have to go out there and give it your best shot, so as motivating as it will be for New Zealand, it is for our team as well.”

Both teams played each other in friendly match last September. New Zealand won 2:1, but that was very close game. Coach Stajcic said about this match: "I think that game was a real turning point for me to know that we can rise to this level."

Philippines is hard nut to crack and I really don't see easy game for hosts. Coach Stajcic said: "We want to crash the party. It’s not really their party — it’s everyone’s, ours as well.".

Value is on away side, line is simply too high.
