In my opinion Nagoya is clear favorite of today’s match up.

Nagoya played their last league match 4 days ago, on the other hand Vegalta played 3 days ago. It’s big difference at this stage of the season. I expect big rotation in guests line up.

For Vegalta main goal for this season was to get spot in play off zone in J2 league. Currently they are 9 points behind so it’s really last call and I’m not sure Cup is their priority. In previous round they used many second-choice players.

On the other hand Nagoya is in great form, they are top3 in league and I believe they wants to win today front of home crowd to build momentum for upcoming league matches. Nagoya scored more than one goal in last 6 home matches in a row in all competitions. They have many quality players in squad and they are one of the best team in J1 at the moment.

Difference between both teams should be visible on the pitch.
