The NBA playoffs have started and this is the best time of the year! On Monday night, two games are going to happen and one of them will be between Sacramento Kings and Golden State Warriors. The 1st game ended with the Kings winning 126:123 but I'm predicting that the Warriors are going to win tonight and tie the series 1:1.

Over the weekend, the Warriors were in the lead for the majority of the game. The Warriors had as much as 10 point lead but the Kings came back in the 4th quarter. In the last couple of possessions, the Warriors had a chance to take the lead but Andrew Wiggins missed a wide-open three-pointer when the champs were down by a point. In the last seconds, Stephen Curry took a three-pointer but he also missed, and the Warriors lost the 1st game.

If we look at the box score, there's one thing that stands out. It's 3-point accuracy because the champs made only 16 shots out of 50 which is just 32% while their regular season average was 38.5%. As for the Kings, they made 12 three-pointers out of 32 which is 37.5% while their regular season average was 36.9%. In my opinion, it's safe to say the Warriors won't shoot this bad tonight again and they will have made some adjustments.

The defeat on Saturday night was the 1st in the Steve Kerr era that Golden State lost a Game 1 in the first two rounds of the playoffs. The Warriors have lost now just four Game 1's in the Kerr era overall. In the previous 3 times, the Warriors have won the following game. The Warriors have won each of their last 9 Western Conference first-round games following a loss while the Kings have failed to cover the spread in 10 of their last 11 home games following a win.

This is going to be a very good series but I'm expecting the champs to bounce back. A win on Monday would flip the home-court advantage in their favor, which would be key as they were 33-8 at home this season. The Warriors also won 3 of their 4 meetings against the Kings during the regular season. Expect the Warriors to bounce back with a victory.
