Maritimo is living a bad moment and already changed the coach, he just made 1 game (the last one) and won 2-1 against Nacional da Madeira. They started losing 1-0 but then they scored by penalty the equalizer goal and then Rodrigo Pinho scored the 2-1. They are not playing well and this new coach is very offensive but failed in every team that he passed on the last years. They have 4 important absences for this match, Correa, Claudio Winck, Edgar Costa and Pedro Pelagio. The 2 most importants in my opinion are Correa and Claudio Winck, this last because they don't have more right defenders in the squad and so will need to adapt a player to that position, probably will be Ruben Macedo. But Correa is the most important one as he is the best or the 2nd best player of the team apart from Rodrigo Pinho. He was associated to Flamengo in the winter market, but then it ended up not happening. They lost the last 6 games at home and this one will be very tough against a Famalicao that really needs to win to avoid the relegation places. I think that the lack of confidence on the squad and the absences will make it harder for Maritimo. They depend a lot from Rodrigo Pinho, because he came back from injury on the last game and they won this last game after 9 games without any win.

But what surprised more was that after scoring the equalizer goal they tried to score the 3rd goal and to win the game instead of keeping that point. So, for this game they come very motivated to destroy Maritimo and to avoid the 17th place. I really believe that with this coach they will easily fight for top-8. Ruben Vinagre, the left defender, is in an amazing form and for sure will create a lot of problems to the right side of Maritimo. They will play to win this game and they will not be happy with the draw for sure.
