FCSB VS CFR Cluj

FCSB welcome CFR Cluj for this Romanian Liga 1 round 9 clash at Arena Națională in Bucharest. Cluj currently occupy the second place in the standings with 41 points and have a goal difference of 33:18. Indeed, especially in terms of defensive quality Cluj have a clear edge. I see them having a very good chance of toppling Farul Constanta who top the standings at the moment with 44 points in the pocket. Both team are in fine form at the moment but it is quite surprising that the hosts have avoided a defeat - and taken six wins seven of their most recent games.. For example in their latest game they defeated Chindia Targovitse 2-0 away from home as very clear favorites but the host recorded 57% ball possession and even recorded more goal attempts. Cluj have not lost any of their latest eight games and deserve to be narrow favorites here!
