Santa Clara are for the first time this season breathing a new and healthy air. After the terrible start they had and being in relegation places for many weeks, they are now in the 10th position with 31 points that were always enough to survive in the main league. Due to that comfort they can promote some changes to this game instead of some players with a lot of minutes. The last 2 weeks were very hard to Santa Clara, they lost their best striker Cryzan who was more than one striker as he made many assists and goals while he played in Azores, their main right-back and a player that I have already talked here that he could play in top teams in Portugal already flew to Brazil to sign for Corinthians and will miss this game aswell, and their best player in my opinion, one of the best midfielders of the league and international for Japan - Hidemasa Morita probably will miss this game aswell (he missed already the last one against Porto) because Sporting CP wants to buy him and the club is not letting him go and Morita wants to leave and is forcing the exit and has already refused to play the last game and I do believe that the same will happen tomorrow. The best centre-back of the team, the international for Venezuela missed many games and doesn't have the enough rhythm to start a game and play 90 minutes. I cannot see Santa Clara beating this motivated Estoril and that are still fighting for the 6th position that can give to them very good things.

Estoril were the best team of the 2nd league last season - being the champion in 2020/2021 with some points vantage points from Vizela and Arouca. Their beginning of the season was amazingly good and for some weeks they were in the 2nd and 3rd position, but after the coach Bruno Pinheiro being associated to Besiktas seems that it caused some unease among the club and then the loss of their 2 best players - Miguel Crespo to Fenerbahce and Chiquinho who is having a lot of minutes in Wolverhampton. The team just met again their best quality when the spanish winger Mboula arrived in the winter market - he has a lot of quality in my opinion and could be one of the best wingers next season with more time and knowing better the league/teams/players. This good moment started in the game against Portimonense at home where they won 2-0, but created so many chances on that game and could even have scored more goals, then they lost against Benfica but the game was in Estadio da Luz as away but even so, that did not stop Estoril from presenting personality and identity inside the pitch. The last game was really undeserved for them in my opinion, they lost against Vizela by 2-1, but they were clearly the best team and in live the odds were around 1.70-1.75 after closing around 2.20 and so this shows how well they played. They do not have any important absence for this game as they do not have injuries or suspended players, but I do think that the coach Bruno Pinheiro can put the goalkeeper Thiago Rodrigues instead of Dani Figueira as he did many mistakes on his last games. The player Andre Franco is living an amazing moment and can be the next player from Estoril to do a good jump on his career after Chiquinho.
