In my opinion Barcelona is clear favorite of today's match up and they should be able to make comfortable win.

Both teams never played each other in European Cups. Barcelona in current season recorded two very painful losses in Champions League against Bayern, the best team in Germany. For sure that was good lesson. On the other hand Eintracht doesn't belong to the level where Bayern is, no doubt about that. Barcelona have superb record against German teams (excluding Bayern Munich) as they won 17 of last 21 matches against sides from Bundesliga. I see continuation of this super streak today.

Eintracht don't have any new absences so their line up should look exactly the same like in previous matches. Barcelona is not able to use experienced right defender Dani Alves in this game, probably Araujo will replace him on right side today.

Obviously, Eintracht have excellent run in Europa League this season, but if You look on big picture - they are not moving in good direction. In previous season they went unbeaten in all 17 home matches in Bundesliga, in current season they already lost 5 times in 14 matches. In previous season they scored 69 goals in 38 matches, now they scored only 39 goals in 28 matches. It's huge difference - in preseason they sold their best scorer and best player Andre Silva (28 goals), now their best scorer Borre have only 7 goals and have been replaced after 59 minutes in last match - he is out of form. Frankfurt looks good at the back - only conceded two goals in last 4 matches in all competitions, but like I mentioned before - offensive formation is a problem, they scored only 2 goals in last 4 matches. In last match they played at home against Furth (the worst team in whole Bundesliga) and they failed to win (0:0). For sure they not coming here full of confidence.

Barcelona moving in good direction since Xavi came to the club. They won 8 of last 9 matches in all competitions, morale in team is great. In last two matches Barcelona played against two the best teams in Spain (Real Madrid and Sevilla) and recorded two convincing wins 'to nil'. Everything clicking together. Defensive formation is super solid - Barcelona kept clean sheet in 4 of last 5 matches in all competitions. Barcelona finally have striker in outstanding form - Aubameyang scored 9 goals in 12 matches so far. Also he have superb stats in Europa League - in his career he scored 24 goals in this competition, only Radamel Falcao have more.. Barcelona don't have problems with goalscoring as they scored more than one goal in 7 of last 9 matches in all competitions. That should make big difference today.
