In my opinion Chelsea have excellent chances to make win in today's match up.

Chelsea have superb streak against Middlesbrough - they won last 8 consecutive matches against them and even not conceded a single goal (scored 19 goals in the process!).

Middlesbrough lost last 4 matches in FA Cup quarter finals. Chelsea is one of the best team in FA Cup history - they already played 25 times in FA Cup semifinals. Chelsea played 16 QFs in last 22 seasons (more than any other club). They passed 15 of last 19 clashes at this stage of competition. In addition to that, Chelsea manager Tuchel won last 7 consecutive quarter finals in his managerial career (PSG + Chelsea). Tuchel also made fantastic job in last days at Chelsea locker room - despite a lot of rumours about club future, that not affected Chelsea form - they won 11 of last 12 matches in all competitions and they lost only against Liverpool during that period.

Chelsea coming here full of confidence after Champions League win against Lille. Now they wants to go with momentum and grab another title. I expect some rotation in squad, but that shouldn't have bad impact on quality - for example - Lukaku didn't played against Lille in first squad, but he will play today. Since his debut in competition only 4 players scored more goals in FA Cup than him (15). Other key players like Ziyech or Mount started on the bench with Lille so we can expect to see them in first squad.

Chelsea currently is European champion as they won last Champions League. Middlesbrough failed to win in last 20 consecutive matches against team which defending European Cup.

Quality wise Chelsea is at least two levels above Boro and they have all required tools to make comfortable win today.
