PAOK is set to lock horns against Gent tonight at their home stadium, Stadio Toumbas.

For the first time ever, the Greek side is in the final 16 of a European competition. PAOK had to beat FC Midtjyland on penalties in the second leg to make it to this stage. Currently 2nd in the Greek Super League, PAOK has been unbeaten in their last 12 home matches. They’ll be looking to keep their streak alive today. PAOK has not lost a match in their last five meetings in all competitions but they have drawn twice.

Gent comfortably finished at the top of Group B with 13 points in 6 matches. The Belgians have been impressive at their domestic cup, winning all of their last 6 matches. Gent has scored 12 goals in their last 5 matches, so they have been superb offensively. The same can be said for their defence, conceding only 2 in 5 matches.

PAOK and Gent have never met in a competitive match before. They have played two friendly matches in the past and have drawn on both occasions, but of course it's not what we are looking here. Gent is with bigger international experiance and if we even compete both tournaments - Greece and Belgium then it's clear that Belgium side is growing much faster. Usually teams which are not in fight for championship in their main tournament try to move more resources too international cups. Gent is falling behind now but of course compete in this league is also much bigger. 

With so little to separate the teams, a draw is highly likely but a Gent win is a good shout too.

Also we see that odds are falling to our side here again, but it's quite logical to get more liquidity for this market we needed to wait till closer for kick off, but we are here still good to go. Very good play we have here in my opinion.
