Eibar (15th) is playing well lately, but undoubtedly the lack of quality is a fact in this team. They are competitive, hard to beat and intense, but they don't have enough quality. Furthermore, is a team who feels much better playing as visitors than at home, because rivals already know their plan at home: high pressure and intensity.

Eibar is the second worst home team of the league (1 win, 4 draws, 4 defeats), with the worst attack after scoring only 4 goals in 9 games. But the lack of goal isn’t a problem only at home: they have the second worst attack of La Liga after scoring only 15 goals in 18 rounds. Their strikers aren’t good enough while others like Enrich are in bad form due to personal problems.

Sergi Enrich has been yeesterday sentenced to prison for two years for spreading a sex video where he participated with another teammate. The club said that supports the measure and Enrich’s behavior (one of the best strikers in the team) is unacceptable.

On the other side, Atlético Madrid (1st) is for me the best team in Spain at the moment. Confidence and motivation in the club is very high, as they have big chances to achieve the title. Their defence is amazing, the best in Europe after conceding just 6 goals in 16 rounds.

But the main difference in Atletico in comparison with previous years, is the attack. With Luis Suarez and other key players in their best form (Carrasco, Lemar, Llorente…) Atletico is a very strong side in attack, able to score goals without needing too many chances. With 31 goals scored so far, they have the second best attack of La Liga after Barcelona.

Their last results in La Liga have been perfect: 12 wins in last 13 league games (only lost vs Barcelona), playing a great football and with huge motivation.

The only way to win against Eibar, a very offensive team who leaves a lot of spaces at the back, is having quality upfront or/and put on the field the same intensity. And Atletico de Madrid has both qualities, so I’m expecing an away win and Cholo Simeone’s soldiers continueing their winning run in the fight for the title.
