Brentford are in poor form with 5 losses in Premier League. There were some harder games, and they lost 0-2 last game at Manchester City in midweek so definitely, the team is having a tough period. However, they collected enough points not to be threatened by relegation at the moment. Brentofrd had an really nice start in the season and surprised everyone, but the fall came and now they sit as the 14th placed side with 23 points, two less then opponents Crystal Palace. This is an important chance for coach Thomas Franbk to return with his players to winning ways. Brentford signed Danish offensive midfielder Christian Eriksen but he is lacking match fitness and is not yet ready to help out. Crystal Palace is doing a decent job with coach Patrick Vieira this season, they have shown some nice football recently. However, Palace is also in not of their best form as they haven't won any of the previous 4 games in EPL but at least have made 2 draws in that period. Clearly, they have shown better performance recently than the home team, and I think Palace deserved more points in some games this season and were really close to winning in the last game against Norwich, but the missed penalty in the 63rd minute cost them 3 points. First mutual game of the two sides ended draw back in August 2021. I see visitors as the better side at the moment, but also generally I rate them above newly-promoted Brentford. Draw or away win is worth investing in here.
