They are current at 7th place and 4 points behind the Top 4 places, however, they have played less 4 games so everything is looking good for them. At home Tottenham has been really strong since Antonio Conte took control of the team, they got more secure on defense and most important, they started to score multiple goals what was a big problem with Coach Nuno Espirito Santos was in control of the game. For this game Tottenham are without Skipp, Tanganga and Dier.

Southampton are sitting in 12th place and should have no problems to survive in the Premier League again even things early in the season wasn't looking that good, the reason for that was because they lost two key players from last season but the team has been finding their way and have a nice evolution during the season and I also like their Coach who plays an very offensive game but that usually is a problems against teams like Tottenham who love to face these type of teams and Southampton usually don't changed their playing style of football for no one, that includes the road games and that's why they already suffered 24 goals on the road in 11 games. For this game Southampton is without Tella, McCarthy and Vojnovic. Broja is doubtful.

I like this match-up for Tottenham, Southampton plays an very attacking style of football and Tottenham is nice in pressure those type of teams and than hurt them in counter attacks because of the speed of their players and I also like this Tottenham team under Coach Conte, they are still behind the elite teams in the Premier League but they are clear the next team in line-up for the top 4 places and they have a great chance to get the very important 4th place these season if they continue to win all their games were they are favourites like they have done with Coach Conte, I see Tottenham winning here by 2:1 or 3:1.
