Hungary vs Portugal

In their first game Hungary got a 2:2 draw on the road against Ireland, overall, it wasn't that bad of a result but after leading the game early in the game by 2:0 and than up 2:1 in the 2nd half before the red card to Sallai and suffering the 2:2 in the extra-time it was a emotionally roller coaster for them and now they will be at home facing one of the best teams in the world in Portugal and things will not get easy tonight.

Portugal on the other side started their campaign with an easy 5:0 road win over Armenia, team played well and won without forcing the issue, in the 2nd half it was clear that they relaxed and already were thinking about the next game but even with their bench they have tons of quality players what makes Portugal one of the best teams in the world right now and they are also playing like one.

Hungary is not a bad team and at home they are competitive and they have two great players in Szoboszlai and Kerkez but on the other side is an elite team who has elite players in every single position and a deep quality bench too and Portugal has been playing really well now under Coach Martinez what wasn't always the case but since the Nations League wins they have really looked good and also the dead of Diogo Jota has put their team even more closer to each other, they are very united and have one big goal in front of them, going to the World Cup and win it, if they will do it I don't know but they are for sure one of the favourites to win it all but first you need to qualify and a win here against Hungary would pratically seal the deal, overall, I think Portugal can win every single game in this group stage and for Hungary they fight will be for the 2nd place and to make the Playoffs. So in my opinion Portugal has everything on their side even on the road to get the win here and get closer to their goal and also Hungary will be without Sallai for the game what turns their mid-field weaker, so take Portugal to win here, if they are effective with their chances I wouldn't be surprised to see them winning here by 2 or more goals too.
