Benfica VS Fenerbahce

Even this Benfica team ain't perfect they are a much better unit today than last season, the players that came have been great for the team, Dedic has been amazing, Rios has giving Benfica's midfield way more control of the game and Barrenechea has been great too and Ivanovic didn't started in the 1st leg but I think he might start here and he has been solid for Benfica too, overall this Benfica team is better than last season. In the first game Coach Bruno Lage kinda surprised everyone with the starting XI but it made sense, on the road and in a tough stadium and crowd he decided to play more secure and overall the game was boring, but that's was the plan and to be fair Fenerbahce didn't created nothing and the moment Benfica was starting to be superior, Florentino gets a red card in the 70th minute and everything changed but even with 10 on the field Fenerbahce only created one good chance but Benfica got a good result on the road and can now decide the elimination at home.

For this game Benfica is without Bah, Bruma, Manu and Florentino.

Fenerbahce is a really strange team to watch because they have the players, very good one's like Skriniar, Semedo, Brown, Amrabat, En Nesyri and Duran but has a collective unit they are just not that good and I don't think only talented players will be enough to beat this Benfica team even this time on the road maybe they will have more chances to score since Benfica should come out with a more attacking approach but we saw that work well for Benfica too in that 3:2 friendly game a couple weeks ago between this two teams, yes, it was a friendly game but overall the situation is the same and I don't think Fenerbahce got better since them like we saw in the 1st leg and on the other side Benfica with time is just getting stronger, so this will not be an easy task for Fenerbahce here.

For this game Fenerbahce is without Tosun, Yandas and Rodrigo.

Talentwise this is a very even game because both teams has nice talent on the pitch, no doubt about that but I think the difference here will be the collective, Benfica has been growing together and getting better each game they play and Fenerbahce is only depending on their individual plays, of course, Brown and Duran can cause problems to Benfica even they didn't show nothing in the 1st leg but I just like Benfica more here because of the collective unit and also because Fenerbahce has clear weak signs in their defensive side even they are a Mourinho coached team who usually have great defensive lines but in this Fenerbahce defensive line there are many problems that Benfica can take advantage off and that's why I believe that Benfica will get the win here and get their ticket to Champions League group stage.
