Sporting is travelling to the Azores to face Santa Clara in a very interesting game. Sporting is in good form and as things stand now, Porto and Sporting will probably be fighting for the title this season, Benfica has a lot of problems this season so I would exclude them from the title race. To defend the title they won last season, Sporting players will have to win away games, difficult matches like this one today. Sporting is still undefeated in the league and they have 14 wins in 16 games, in addition to which they have won as many as 11 games in a row in the league. Pedro Porro and Jovane Cabral will not play tonight and these are the only absences for the "Lions" from the Portuguese capital. Sporting plays very nice football, thanks to the great coach Amorim, one of the best coaches in Portugal, unfortunately, he will not lead his team tonight because he is infected with Covid-19. The arrival of Sarabia on loan was a real move by the management of Sporting, Sarabia is playing great and has become a very important player in the starting eleven.

Santa Clara is playing very changeably this season, coach Nuno Campos has been replaced after several disastrous defeats, primarily 5-0 by Benfica and 4-1 by Maritimo and now the team is led by interim coach Tiago Sousa. Santa Clara welcomes Sporting without two very important players in defence, Villanueva and Ramos are serving a suspension and this will be a big problem for the hosts, primarily because of the fantastic form in which Sporting's attackers are. Santa Clara has a very bad tradition when they welcome Sporting, the guests have never lost in the Azores(Sporting won 5 times with one draw). Sporting wants to defend the title this season, they are playing very well and I don't think they will have much trouble beating the host, who currently cannot match the strongest teams in the league. It's good to try draw-Sporting as I think Santa Clara will be able to defend their goal in the first 45 minutes.
