The Europa League qualifiers continue, and we are having a couple of games on Thursday. One of them is going to be between Hacken and Spartak. After the 1st match, Hacken is leading 1:0, and I'm predicting that they are going to win tonight.

What happened last week in Slovakia? In the 1st half, it was a close game, we can say Spartak had a little bit of advantage as they managed to create some goal-scoring opportunities, but with no luck. After the halftime, it was a completely different game because Hacken controlled the ball more and created a couple of good moments, and one of them resulted in a goal in the 63rd minute. Overall, Hacken controlled the ball 56% of the time, had 7 shots in total (Spartak had 8), and 2 were on target (Spartak had 0).

Hacken is also playing in the Swedish championship, so they are in a play-in shape. They are in the middle of the standings, and at home, they have 3 wins and 2 draws in 8 games, a total of 16 goals scored and 15 conceded. While it doesn't look very good, Hacken has won the last 3 games, including over the weekend, when they beat Halmstad at home 4:1.

As for Spartak, this was their 1st official game of the season. Last season in the Slovakian championship, they were the 3rd-best team, but if we need to compare both championships, Sweden is a much better championship. Halmstad, which Hacken beat last weekend, is at a similar value to Spartak, while Hacken is much more valuable.

I see Hacken winning this game. They are at home, in very good shape, and they just can't afford to lose. Last year, they were a tough team to beat at home, and even Bundesliga team struggled to beat them.
