In my opinion Manchester City is clear favorite of today's match up and they should be able to make comfortable win with at least 2/3 goals margin. -2 AH looks like very nice and safe bet here.

I believe Manchester City have huge motivation to make big win today. Liverpool is their the biggest rival to grab a title at the end of the season and they lost yesterday on away against Leicester. It's unique opportunity to make bigger gap in the league table.

In normal circumstances difference between both teams is huge, but today should be even more visible. Brentford have huge squad problems - they are today without up to nine first squad players. Key striker Mbuemo (3 goals and 1 assist so far) get calf injury in last match and he is under question mark. Many key players like midfielder Norgaard, first goalkeeper Raya or key defender Ajer are unavailable today. It's huge blow for Brentford because their squad don't have big depth and that for sure will have very bad impact on their performance today.

Manchester City don't have any new absences and their line up should look exactly the same like in previous round. Their form upfront is awesome-they scored more than 3 goals in last 3 matches in a row and they have all required tools to make it happen today again. On the other hand Brentford in last 9 matches conceded in average 2 goals per game. I'm pretty sure City will score at least 3 goals today, but I don't see more than one goal for Brentford. Guardiola players are very motivated to have good performance at the back after last round game against Leicester when they had very poor moment in second half.

City is at least one class above Brentford. Today they should be able to make easy win against depleted team from London.
