Newcastle is sitting in 4th place but with the same points than Chelsea what makes this a huge game for both teams. Newcastle after a rough start has looked really good overall since they recovered key players, they starting moving up in the table and are now fighting for the Top 4 spot with a couple of teams but a win here would put them in very good position and nothing better to be at home in such a big game. At home Newcastle has been one of the best teams in the league but especially lately, they won their last 5 games at home with 19:5 in goals and to be fair they beat really good teams like Nottingham, Brentford, Manchester United and Crystal Palace and now they need to do it again and against Chelsea they have been successful too, they beat them the last 3 times at home by 1:0, 4:1 and 2:0.

For this game Newcastle is without Hall, Targett, Lascelles and Joelinton.

Chelsea is sitting in 5th place with the same points than Newcastle but Chelsea road trips have been quite awful lately, in their last 9 road games for the Premier League they only won 1 game and lost 5 of them and those losses came against Arsenal, Aston Villa, Brighton, Manchester City and Ipswich. So if we look at their road games against good teams they lost those and now they will face another good team in a stadium where they lost three in a row too so I expect them once again to struggle here since for me they are not a secure team on the road all season long and especially against good teams.

For this game Chelsea is without Fofana, Kellyman, Nkunku, Mudryk and Anselmino.

At home I just see Newcastle has the stronger unit, they play with great pace at home and pressure a lot too and most important they create and score a lot of goals lately at home and this Chelsea team has a lot of talented players and even they are better this season I still don't consider them a strong collective unit and especially on the road they have struggled all season long and especially agains the good teams. This is a huge game for both teams to make the Champions League next season but overall I just like Newcastle chances to win this game way more than Chelsea, match-up wise I think Newcastle can give them a lot of problems and causa big problems to Chelsea defensive line and in the end I expect Newcastle to win here and get those very important 3 points here.
