The first leg defeat halted a positive run, but playing at home offers a significant advantage. Cristiano Ronaldo, despite a discreet performance in the first game, remains a constant threat to any defense. The performance was disastrous, it was the team's worst game since Roberto Martínez took over and even so, despite the defeat, they came out alive and with a good chance of making it to the next stage. Nothing can be worse than what happened in the first leg, the players know what happened and are alert. From what I have seen in the interviews, they have clearly realized that they need to give an answer and that attitude is no longer tolerable.

Denmark, led by Brian Riemer, proved solid in the first leg, with Rasmus Hojlund emerging as a hero by scoring the only goal. Despite missing a penalty, the Danish team dominated in terms of opportunities, but offensive efficiency is still an area for improvement. The minimal advantage leaves them in a vulnerable position, especially facing Portugal in Lisbon.​

It was a game of points in the first leg, Denmark, playing in front of their fans, performed well above what was expected and Portugal performed well below. Now in this game things should return to normal and as only victory matters, I can't imagine anything other than a victory for Portugal.
