WBA is welcoming their fierce rival Birmingham in the derby game of Birmingham. Valerien Ismael's side is hoping to beat their rivals and erase memories from suffering their first Championship defeat of the season at Stoke. WBA is the main candidate for promotion this season and currently, they are second on the standings. WBA has good tradition against their city rivals, in the last eight games, WBA won five with three games finishing without a winner. After relegation from Premier League, WBA started their campaign in Championship very well and the game at Stoke was their worst this season but they showed some very good displays before that game and I think they are big favourites today. WBA is still unbeaten at home with a 3-2-0 record and they conceded only four goals in those 5 games, 2 against Luton early in the season. For Birmingham, this derby game cant come at the worst time as they have four defeats in a row and their performance in the last game was pretty disappointing. They lost 3-0 at home against Nottingham Forest and I don't know how they think they will win against one of the best attacks in the league with a defence that conceded twelve goals in the last five games. This is a derby game it's not wise to predict the winner but I think WBA is a better team and they should be able to outscore their opponents tonight.
