Vilafranquense had a lot of luck to keep in the 2nd league as inside the pitch they got demoted, but as Cova da Piedade is facing a lot of intern problems they didn't deliver the papper to sign the team in the league and so they called the 17th team from the season 2020/2021. They made a clear reformulation in the squad but kept the same coach Carlos Pinto. He has a lot of experience as he already were champion with Famalicao and almost with Academica. They had a lot of old players who were earning a lot of money for what Vilafranquense can pay like Jefferson, Gonçalo Santos and Evandro Brandao. They lost some good players that were loaned by their teams like Diogo Pinto who is now playing at Estrela da Amadora, Kady Borges an amazing player and Andre Claro, but in general I am sure that the balance is positive and that they can make a calm season. In the first match they played against Penafiel and were really unlucky, the game was really equilibrated and they suffered the goal of Penafiel in the 90+3 minute in a long shot by Joao Amorim. They were again unlucky in the 2nd match against Nacional, they started losing 1-0 and then got reduced to 10 men and ended the game with 9 players, but even in 9 vs 11 they created some chances by Sangaré. I am sure that Sangare will start this match as in those 2 matches he created a lot of problems to the opponents. They will finally play at home, as they were not playing in their own stadium as it was under construction. I think that they will be happy this team, as they are playing really well but didn't get any point so far.

SC Covilha is doing an incredible season honestly, with 4 wins in 4 games. But in 3 of these 4 victories the result was so much better than the performance. They changed a lot the team too and is now bet on young players like Diogo Almeida, Ryan Teague, Jorge Vilela... Their first match of the league was against Feirense and they were being completely dominated but then in 2 set pieces Covilha made 2 goals, then against Viseu they won 2-1 but suffered a lot in the last minutes against a weak team. They will face here a team with 0 points, playing at home and facing an hard moment who is extremely motivated to beat them. I don't think that this youth players are enough to overcome this Vilafranquense. I think that the luck will end now.
