Sporting Portugal vs Belenenses

Last season Champions Sporting started the season like expected, they beat in the SuperCup Sporting Braga by 2:1 and won their 1st title of the season and started in the league with a 3:0 home win vs Vizela and 2:1 road win over Braga once again. For me Sporting this season is way better, more solid has a whole squad and to be honest they are playing much better right now than last season what is bad news for Porto and Benfica even I think that Porto and Benfica got better too. Overall I liked what I saw from Sporting so far and even they beat twice Braga by 2:1 those games were not close, Sporting was the better team and could have won easily by 2 in every of those two games and today they are at home facing in my opinion a team who will need time to evolve has an unit on the field and Sporting had also some good news, Coach Ruben Amorin can count on Nuno Mendes again.

Belenenses will have a hard time, they are a team who seems will need to fight for surviving in the league till the end because they lost to a weak Mafra FC team in the League Cup and started the season with two losses, 0:2 on the road against Porto what is normal but in that game Porto should have won easily by 4 goals or more, they had a lot of chances to score and than Belenenses lost at home to Maritimo 1:2 where in the end the Coach was kinda say that they are a young team who makes a lot of mistakes and pratically admitting that he needs a better squad but not sure if he will get it, I think Coach Petit will need to work with all these young players and try to survive.

I just think that Sporting in on another level here, they play very confident right now, creating a lots of chances and Pote is once again on-fire scoring goals everywhere and from everywhere on the field, his finalizing skills are tremendous and I see Sporting at home controlling this game the whole time and creating enough chances to score multiple times in this game, I expect Sporting to win this game here by at least 2 goals but I wouldn't be surprised to see them winning by more too because this Belenenses team is awful right now and Coach Petit will need more time with this team to put them playing like he wants.
