Eintracht Frankfurt vs Augsburg

Frankfurt don't had the start like they wanted, they got eliminated in the German Cup on the road against Mannheim what was a big surprise to everyone and in their season opener they lost on the road against Dortmund by 2:5, however, against Dortmund I liked some things that I saw and I think Frankfurt will be fine they are a team who is still great in the attack and in their defensive side they will get their players back and so I expect them to be more solid and also it helps that Augsburg has no Haaland in their team because he was the difference maker in that 1st game. For this game Frankfurt will be without Rode, the rest of the team is ready to play.

Augsburg are in danger in this season start, I don't like their Coach and also they are dealing with a lot of injuries in key players and in their season opener at home they lost 0:4 against Hoffenheim and to be fair, it could have been uglier but overall Augsburg looked lost, in the attack they had major problems to create chances because some of their key players are missing and in their defensive line we saw they having tons of problems to stop Hoffenheim from scoring and Frankurt represent similiar problems for their defensive line in this game too and that combined that on the road Augsburg usually is way worst than at home I think they will have here a hard time once again. For this game Augsburg will be without Cordova, Finnbogason, Oxford, Strobl and Civeja. Gouweleeuw is doubtful.

I think this is the perfect match-up for Frankfurt to win their 1st game of the season, I expect their defensive line be more secure in this game and Frankfurt attack should have no problems to create a lot of nice scoring chances here, I expect Frankfurt to score here multiple times and on Augsburg side I don't see them score more than 1 goal, not with the key missing players and from what they showed in their opener. I see Frankfurt winning this game by 2:0, 2:1 or 3:1.
