In my opinion Atletico MG have really good chances to avoid loss in today's match up. Odds on guests slashing down on big Asian markets with the highest possible limits and I fully agree with that trend. I expect even bigger drops prior to the kick off.

I have three big reasons to play on Atletico here:

1. Atletico have huge advantage in fitness department. Brazilian league is in-play so they are in full flow. This is their 5th match in July, they have match rhythm and this is extremely important - any training cannot give you that feeling. On the other hand Boca Juniors played their last match in May. That really can make big difference today.

2. Boca Juniors today have serious squad problems. In their last match when they played against Racing we saw on the pitch so many player which are unavailable today. Team leader and legendary striker Carlos Tevez left the club. Key right back Nicolas Capaldo went to Salzburg. Goalkeeper #1 Esteban Andrada went to Monterrey. Key left back Frank Fabra is unavailable today due to personal reasons. Key central midfielder Edwin Cardona is injured. In addition to that key defender Carlos Zambrano is under question mark today. List is long and for sure that will have very bad impact on Boca Juniors performance today. Atletico have one new absence today in comparison to their last match - central defender Nathan is injured, but their the most important players are available to play.

3. Atletico is in great form - they won last 4 matches in a row, for sure team coming for today's match full of confidence. Defensive formation looks solid as they conceded only 2 goals in last 4 games and offensive formation delivering very good finishing product - 8 goals in the process. They looked great already in group stage, they looked like top team and finished with 16 points after 6 matches. Like I mentioned before - Boca Juniors didn't played for a whiled, but even when they played they had big problems. Boca recorded only one win in their last 7 matches, they had big problems with creativity - in these matches 5 times they failed to score. Is hard to expect big progress today, especially without a match rhythm and with long list of absences.

I trust for Atletico today.
