Clube de Regatas Brasil VS Nautico

Nautico have not lost any matches in the Brazilian Serie B this season and they have  good chance to avoid defeat today as well. Indeed, my pick is Nautico +0.5 goals at not very high odds but in my opinion the chance of winning is clearly over 70%.  Nautico are the leaders of Serie B but have two draws from the latest two matches. Versus Remo  the final score was 1-1 but I Nautico were definitely unlucky not wo win as they had almost 70% ball possession and seventeen scoring attempts and 6 shots on goal. I would say the expected goals number was about two goals. Remo had only one shot on target in that match. Before facing Remo Nautico  faced Londrina in an away match and controlled the match for most of the time. The ball possession was 61-39% in their favor and in general the match was balanced. I believe especially the  disappointing result versus Remo as clear favorites afffects the odds here too much offering us a good betting opportunity. Not giving one or the matches too much emphasis is one of the key things in profitable football betting. I have watched almost all of Nautico's matches this season and I am convinced by their class overall! I think they are pretty annoyed by the two draws and are without a doubt solid favorites today. A standard performance should guarentee them at least a point. Nautico have allowed only three goals in seven matches. That is not a big surprise though as they have a lot of quality in defense. Negative news is that Nautico will go to this match without striker Erick who has a pending contract with Portuguese team Braga.

Today's hosts Clube de Regatas known as CRB were awful in their latest match versus Avai. Avai are a good team of course but I watched the match and CRB had no chance at all in that match. Bressan did receive a red card on the twentieth minute but based on what I saw they would have had a hard match even without the sending off. Avai had twenty-four scoring attempt and seven shots on goal whereas CRB only managed 3 create three scoring chances and one shot on goal. Before the match against Avai CRB beat Basil de Pelotas in a balanced match were they were clear favorites. Before that they lost to Goias and Vasco without scoring a goal. They were not dominated in those matches but were pretty limited in offense. They would have to improve quite a lot for today's match to win or even to score against the rock-solid Nautico defense.
