Germany started the Euro 2020 with a loss against France, even they lost that game the team played a really good game and after that they had a tremendous performances against Portugal and won 4:2 and in their last game they had a 2:2 draw against Hungary what was kinda a surprise and the team could have been eliminated if they hadn't scored the 2:2 in the end of the game, but overall Germany showed good performances and that Hungary game came after two really tough games against France and Portugal and their mental state wasn't the best, now against their rival I expect them to be ready.

I don't see Germany has the underdog here, I think that they are the underdog here because this game is played in Wembley, so it's pratically a home game for England but that means extra pressure for them and the games that they played were all at home and their performances have been poor, also on Germany side we have the Bayern Munchen core players who have a lot of success against English teams in the Champions League and they know how to face this England team, overall, I see Germany has a collective an much stronger unit and I doubt that they will lose here, so take Germany to win or draw here in the 90th minute because overall I think that Germany will advance to the next round.
