Germany enters this game with the imperative of victory, and the world class players who make up this selection certainly know how to play under pressure. By winning this match, they secure second place in the table and probably a slightly easier opponent in the next phase of the competition. After a fantastic match against Portugal in which they showed all their potential, today they will have, at least on paper, a slightly easier task against Hungary. The Hungarians managed to make a surprise and win a point in the previous round against the favored France. But much credit for that point should be attributed to playing in front of 60,000 loud home fans. Today, however, they will not have that advantage since the match is being played in Munich. Needless to say, the individual qualities possessed by the players of these teams and the way in which Germany opens this game will largely determine its continuation. Considering the mood in the team after the victory from the previous round and the fact that in case of a draw Portugal and France, they can reach the first place in the table, I certainly expect the dominant game of the Germans from the first minute and I would not be surprised to see two goals in the first half.
