A 0-1 loss against Denmark was the first home defeat for England since the 2018 game vs. Spain. With just one international trophy, England is known for debacles with phenomenal squads in the big games. However, they should have no problem defeating Croatia before the derby against Scotland. Led by one of the world's best strikers, Harry Kane, supported by a rock-solid defense and probably the strongest bench in the world, England should show dominance in the upcoming game.

Zlatko Dalic's preparations for this tournament didn't go well, losing to Belgium and playing a draw against weak Armenia. Croatia suffered in their first three games of the 2022 Worlds qualifiers, losing to Slovenia and barely defeating Cyprus, with even Malta giving them a tough time. Croatia is on a worrying three-game losing streak away from home, winning just two games on the road since 2018.
