Ireland hasn't played an official game for some time. In June, the team had 2 friendlies against two Euro 2024 teams. At first, Ireland beat Hungary but it was followed by a loss to Portugal. Almost a year ago Ireland finished the Euro 2024 qualification and the team finished 4th among 5 teams. Ireland beat Gibraltar twice but lost to France, Netherlands and Greece. We can say that the last good victory for Ireland in an official game was in September 2022 when they beat Armenia at home. Before that, they beat Scotland 2 times.
