Rather unbelievable stats in the mutual history, Chelsea have won the last 14 matches v Palace, the last time they lost was back in 2017, away.

Chelsea, led by Enzo Maresca, quickly recovered from their 0-2 home defeat in the opening round against Manchester City, who won four consecutive Premier League titles, when they beat Wolves by as much as 6-2 in the very next round at Molineux Stadium.
