Game day in Valenciennes for the first leg of the semi final qual between Lille & Fenerbahce. Game will be played in another stadium than the usual stadium of Lille. In France Fener will get a very good support of their fans.

Lille is under a new coach this season, Bruno Génésio, a coach who is known in France and China as he was coach of Rennes, Lyon & Beijing Guoan.

Lille lost some players as Yazici, Leny Yoro. Made some additions as Ethan Mbappé, Meunier, Sahraoui. But they didn't bring any star player.

Lille made a pre season but they didn't convince on their game, they made some average performance against teams of my country.

Fenerbahce on their side is a big team in Turkey and of course the big surprise for this season is that they could bring Mourinho. On the quarter final qual they faced Lugano and it wasn't easy with 3-4 on the road and 2-1 at home.

Génésio isn't a defensively minded coach so we should expect an offensive game here and with their qualities I expect Fener to use well the space that Lille will allow them.

I expect 2-2 or 1-2.
