In my opinion Vegalta has a bigger chance to make at least one point in today's match than bookies want to suggest for us based on their odds.

I believe odds on guests are simply too low. First match of the season between both teams finished with Shimizu win at home 3:2. That was very close game. What is interesting - Shimizu was priced 1.88 to win. I don't agree they have similar chances to win against Vegalta on the road.

Obviously, Shimizu deserved to be favorite of this game as they are leader of the table. Shimizu is outstanding at home (didn't lost yet), but I don't trust them on the road. In current season Shimizu already recorded 6 losses in 13 away league matches (no draw yet, maybe today?). During that run they conceded 20 goals!

On the other hand, Vegalta is solid at home. So far they played 11 league matches in front of their home crowd and went unbeaten in 8 times. They scored 14 goals.

Vegalta should be able to score against unstable Shimizu on the road and that should be simply enough to avoid loss. My prediction here is draw, 1:1.
