Being impenetrable at home this season, Shonan Bellmare is looking forward to their clash against Gamba Osaka. Shonan's last home game was against the league's strongest club, Kawasaki Frontale, where Bellmare surprised everyone by playing 1-1 against the best Japanese team.

The guests are without Yuji Ono, Haruto Shirai, and Jun Ichimori. Gamba Osaka is on a two-game winning streak, winning two of the three games since the new manager, Masanobu Matsunami arrived at the club.
