If You look on big picture, You will see - is not easy to cover such high line even for top team like HJK. In last 41 home league matches they failed to win with more than 2 goals margin 32 times. On the other hand in last 30 matches in all competitions Oulu lost only 2 times with more than 2 goals margin.

Clubs are in good relationship as well, they played even friendly match in pre season. I don't believe HJK will want to make huge win here against their friends. Obviously, they wants to win, but even low scoring win will be good enough. 3 points is 3 points at the end of the day.
