In the qualification for this Euro 2024 they had a really hard time, they ended only in 3rd place with 3 wins, 2 draws and 3 losses and 10:10 in goals, even with Lewandowski in their attack they are a team who struggles to create scoring chances and it's was in an easy group with teams like Albania, Czech Republic, Moldova and Faroe Islands and they where lucky to make the promotion playoffs to make their trip to this Euro after beating a very weak Estonia team in the semi-finals and than a 1:0 win over Wales in the final, a lucky win, it could have gone either way in that game but Poland survived. However, in their friendly games for the preparation for this tournament they beat Ukraine and Turkey and showed some positive signs in compare to their group stage but in the last game they got a really bad news, Lewandowski got hurt and will miss the opener in the Euro, so their attack becomes even weaker now.

The Netherlands has lost their mystic from the past but they are trying to get it back and overall we are starting to see some positive signs with this national team and in their qualification they ended in 2nd place with 6 wins and 2 losses and 17:7 in goals in a group with France, Greece, Ireland and Gibraltar and of course, both losses where against France who is a super talented team. In their preparation for this tournament they played two friendly games and won both by 4:0 against Canada and Iceland and showing great spirit and performance and looking really good and overall theey have a really good team with good players like De Vrij, Gakpo, Simons, Dumfries, Van Dijk, Ake, Frimpong and so on.

I'm not a fan of this Poland national team, too many concerns around that team and now without Lewandowski there game will be focus on defending the result the best that they can against a Netherlands team who has solid players in the attack to break their defensive line, they have speed and pass quality to break lines and create chances to score and I think if they score the first goal and Poland tries to play more attacking football it can get ugly for them but overall I like the Netherlands here to win this game, they are the better team and it's also an early game, they love to play early and with sun, they have the players to take advantage of those conditions and Poland doesn't and also Netherlands will pratically play a home game here, there fans travel always in big number for the team and this stadium will be pratically full of their fans, so take the Netherlands to take advantage of that and win their opener in this Euro 2024.

Serbia vs England

Serbia is a dangerous team but is just not a consistent team, too many up and down performances and we saw that in the qualification but they ended in 2nd place with 4 wins, 2 draws and 2 losses and 15:9 in goals against teams like Hungary, Montenegro, Lithuania and Bulgaria. In there preparation for the tournament they lost 1:2 to Austria and beat Sweden by 3:0 and showed my concerns, up and down performances, it's hard to predict which version of Serbia we will get, however, they are a dangerous team because of their attack, they have Vlahovic and Mitrovic, two strong strikers and hard to defend but also they have their most important player in Milinkovic-Savic who is the motor of the team and when he plays well the team can for sure be very dangerous.

England is under pressure in this tournament because everyone is putting them has the favourites to win it all and it's not easy for a team to handle that type of pressure especially from their own country but there is a reason for it, they just are a team who has everything and is fully loaded with amazing players but you need more than that to win a big tournament, you need team spirit but also some luck and I think England is one of the 4 favourites to win it all, it just will depend on luck too. In the qualification like expected England ended in 1st place with 6 wins and 2 draws and 22:4 in goals and their group wasn't that easy, yes, it was expected them to qualify but they faced Italy, Ukraine, North Macedonia and Malta. In their preparation for the tournament they beat Bosnia by 3:0 and lost to Iceland 0:1, big surprise here but also a good thing in my opinion, I expect them to come extra focused for the tournament and not lazy like they sometimes come to big tournaments.

Quality wise England is just on another level, when you have players like Kane, Foden, Gordon, Palmer, Rice, Bellingham, Walker, Eze, Toney, Saka, Arnold and so on you just are automatically the favourite but Serbia can be a tricky team because they have some solid players in the attack and who are really strong on set-pieces, Vlahocic and Mitrovic can be a nightmare in those situations but overall I trust England to start this Euro with a win, their supporters will be their heavily and should be a home atmosphere for them here and I also like the fact they lost to Iceland, there is no reason to come here without focus after losing that game, I expect them to come out strong and control the game and in the end beat Serbia here by 2:0 or 2:1.
