In my opinion Charlton have really good chances to make at least one point in today’s match.

Charlton is not so bad front of their home crowd in London. In current season Charlton went unbeaten in 10 of 17 home league matches. Their confidence should be on high level as they didn’t lost in last two matches. In previous round they avoided loss on the road against strong Bolton (third position). All key players like Dobson, May or Edun are available today.

Obviously, Portsmouth is still fav of this game. They are strong team, leaders of the table, but they came for this game with very long list of absences. I believe this is really solid reason to play against them. Portsmouth today is without defenders Poole & McIntyre, midfielders Stevenson, Anjorin, Dockerill, Robertson, Morrell, Swanson and Devlin. In addition to that, midfielder Peart-Harris is doubtful. It’s huge blow and should have very bad impact on guests performance today.
