I don’t see Osasuna favorite here.

Osasuna is in really bad form this season, I still can’t remember a good game for them. Their best performance recently has been against bottom Almeria where they only won 1:0.

They have won only 4 games in the last 20: against bottom Almeria, newly promoted Granada and Alaves, and a very lucky one against Rayo Vallecano (1:0) scoring the winning goal in the last minute from a corner.

They played a Cup game on Wednesday, so will have more fatigue than Getafe who played on Tuesday.

On the other hand, Getafe is playing very well, a difficult team to beat with only 5 defeats so far, same as Atletico Madrid for example. 2 of them came playing with 10 due to red cards (against Las Palmas and Rayo Vallecano), and three came against top teams (Girona, Madrid, Real Sociedad).

I’m expecting a good performance by them here because after the defeat in the Cup against Sevilla (1:3), the coach was very angry in the press conference saying that this was one of the worst performances of his team, with an awful defense. Coach Bordalas is one of the key pieces of this team as he has the ability to motivate his players a lot, so surely will make a good performance in this fixture.

I see Getafe able to achieve some point here. They will miss three starters (Mata, Damian Suárez, Latasa) but have good replacements, especially with the back of Enes Unal in attack to replace Latasa.

I see Getafe in better form and with a lot of quality, especially upfront with Greenwood who is a Champions League player and is being a gold mine for Getafe.

Previous game played in September finished 3:2 for Getafe. Last season, 2:1 and 0:2 for Getafe as well. I see Osasuna struggling to create chances here and desperate with the intensity and solid defense of Getafe, who will have chances at counters where Osasuna use to struggle a lot.

I see this game similar as against Mallorca, where Osasuna dominated the game with 58% possession but Mallorca scored them 3 goals and won easily 3:2 with Osasuna scoring at 92’.
