Real Madrid is in much better form here.

They are full of confidence as are in great form. All of their players are at a high level and playing very well, and although they are struggling in defense due to the absences (Courtois, Militao, Alaba…) Rudiger is one of the best CB in La Liga at the moment, the midfield is controlling the games very well and some players like Kroos, Bellingham and Rodrygo are making the difference.

There won’t be too many changes in the lineup. They just need to improve in defense, because in the midfield and upfront they’ll be able to dominate this game and generate chances.

On the other hand, Barcelona is in very poor form. They are struggling without Gavi and are making a bad pressing, conceding a lot in defense (Ter Stegen’ absence is crucial here) and they need a lot of chances to score. Although they beat Osasuna 2:0, they scored the second goal in the last minutes and showed again this fragilities: conceded pretty much in defense and Lewandowski needs a lot of chances to score.

If Barcelona doesn’t improve in both areas, they’ll struggle a lot here. They will also need to play faster football, something which I really doubt seeing their current level and Gavi’s absence.

For me Real Madrid is clearly my favorite. They are in much better form and have much more confidence, and will dominate this game. Barcelona’s current level is terrible in both areas, and I see Madrid here able to score at least a couple of goals. Furthermore, Barcelona is lacking confidence due to their recent results which have been so poor.

In the previous game played this season in October, Madrid won 1:2 in Barcelona’s stadium, dominating the game and showing that this season they are clearly above them.
