Dortmund is sitting in 5th place and personally I don't think they have any chance to fight for the league title, they messed up last season where they should have won the title but now they are way behind Bayern and even Leverkusen who has a much better team than them. However, Dortmund is still a very good team in my opinion and we saw that in the Champions League games but they are just not regular with their performances and also their Coach should be sacked but somehow he finds some ways to win games at the right moment and survives but it's just a matter of time till he gets sacked even he is very beloved by the fans and by the Dortmund owners but if they aren't competitive this season what I believe is the case he will have a hard time to survive with his job here. At home Dortmund is still a very strong team like every season, in 6 games they won 4 of them, had 1 draw and lost to their main rival Bayern Munchen by 0:4.

For this game Dortmund is without Duranville and Nmecha. Lotka is also suspended for the game.

This Gladbach team is far away from their teams a couple years ago where they were playing very good football but in the last season and this year their quality of football dropped a lot but they got some positive outcomes lately who has put them in a solid 9th place but now they will be on the road where they struggle and especially in Dortmund, they have lost 10 straight games in that stadium and most of those games were lost badly and I wouldn't be surprised to see it happen once again here because their defense is a bad one and will have a hard time to handle Dortmund's attack.

Dortmund is coming of 2 losses in a row against Bayern at home and Stuttgart on the road but lets be honest, Bayern is the best team in Germany and this Stuttgart team is a very good one this season so those losses can be accepted overall but because of those losses I expect Dortmund to come out very focused and strong against Gladbach who is a team where Dortmund match-up pretty well and also like I said, historically Dortmund beat Gladbach all the time at home and I think it will happen here once again and that's why I will take Dortmund to win the game here, by 2:1 or 3:1.
