Portugal vs Iceland

Portugal is already in the Euro 2024 since a couple of games, they won all their 9 games with an impressive 34-2 in goals but Portugal wants to make history here, they never won all their games in a group stage and they want this, the Coach is saying, the players are talking about it and they will have the chance to do it in front of their fans. At home Portugal has won all their games quite easily, 4:0 against Liechtenstein, 3:0 against Bosnia, 9:0 against Luxembourg and 3:2 against Slovakia, this game seems close but it wasn't, Portugal could have easily won this game by 4 or 5 goals too they just missed a lot of chances.

Iceland golden generations ended a couple years ago and since than they never been the same and once again they had poor results in this group stage, 3 wins, 1 draw and 5 losses and especially on the road they have looked really weak, yes, they somehow beat a poor Liechtenstein team by an impressive 7:0 but against the others team they lost 0:3 against a very poor Bosnia team, 1:3 against Luxembourg and 2:4 against Slovakia. One thing I give Iceland, their personality on the field is still the same, they give everything and fight a lot but talentwise they just don't have it like they had a couple years ago with their golden generation.

Portugal is coming of a very poor performances against Liechtenstein, they won 2:0 and could have easily won by 5 or so, but they didn't play well at all, first the tactic was a new one and a disaster because no one was controlling the pace of the game and also I think they knew that they will win it easily and played relaxed, many easy passes missed and no pace at all but here they are at home in front of their fans, they can make history here with ending the group win 10 wins in 10 games and they will do it because I don't see how Portugal doesn't beat this Iceland team and because of the relaxed game that they had and Iceland coming off a tough road game I expect Portugal, the real Portugal to show up here in front of their fans and win this game easily by 3 or more goals, I don't see Coach Roberto Martinez coming here with that stupid tactic and also I don't see the Portuguese players coming here relaxed like in their last game, they will come out strong and put a performance for their fans.
